Oak Hills is owned by husband and wife team, Shirelle and Adam Benard, who purchased the venue in 2018. They quickly began assembling a team of talented individuals and created the full-service experience Oak Hills offers today. Thought and care goes into every aspect of the event because we love what we do! 

Introducing a Full Service Venue

We found quickly, that it was very common for couples and their families in Northern Utah to handle the set up, take down, and catering in addition to planning the entire wedding. I don't know about you, but to me that sounds like a lot of pressure and stress. We did not want any of our clients or guests to be stressed while we were hosting their big day. So we decided to update our processes and move towards a Full Service Venue.

What Does a Full Service Venue Look Like?

  • Once you have Downloaded our Pricing Brochure, which is located at you will be in contact with Shirelle via text. You'll be able to schedule a time to Tour the Facility and ask any questions you may have.

  • So you have decided to go ahead and book with us? Awesome! You will then be directed to your Coordinator. We will schedule 2 Consultations with you. During these appointments, your very knowledgeable Coordinator will go over your Timeline, Decor, Vendor Choices, Floral, Cake, Catering and any detail or questions you might want our help with.

  • You have Arrived! It is the Big Day! When you get to the venue, you will be greeted by the Day Of Coordinator. They will guide you to the Wedding Suite and Wedding Lounge where we have snacks and water waiting for you to relax and get ready for your event. Any Vendors that you have booked (Photographer, Officiant, Etc.) will also be greeted by the Day of Coordinator to make sure all of the logistics of the day come together perfectly. Your Coordinator will then escort you to your Ceremony. They will make sure that all of your wedding party will be completely informed and confident for the big moment. For the rest of the evening your coordinator will act as master of ceremonies. They will be announcing all of the important events (Grand Entrance, First Dance, Cake Cutting, Etc.) for you and your family can focus on the more intimate moments. Once the event is over fear not, you or your guest are not responsible for any of the clean up. Our staff members will handle all of the clean up and take down. We will make sure that you have been sent home with all of your personal decor like Guest Book and personal Photos.

  • Consultation Time and Direct contact with our Coordinator.

  • In House Cakes Baked specifically to your Style and Taste.

  • We will provide all of the Catering for you. We have so many amazing options! If you are looking for a Intimate, Formal Plated Dinner. Please choose from our delicious Banquet Menu. If you want a more fun, get up and dance type of reception we got you! The Buffet and Extras Menu is the way to go.

  • If you are having trouble finding a DJ no worries. For every Wedding/Event our Day of Coordinator will make sure that your MC and DJ needs are met. (Grand Entrance, First Dance, Parent Dances, Cake Cutting, Bouquet Toss, Send Off, Etc.

  • Your Day of Coordinator will also guide you through your entire wedding day here at Oak Hills. From the moment you arrive through your sendoff. Including your Ceremony, Dinner and Reception.

  • All of your Florals can be done with us. The Main Boquete to all of the Wedding Party Flowers, Ceremony Site Arrangements, Centerpieces and any other florals you can imagine.

  • If you are feeling thirsty, our amazing Bartenders will be able to get you delicious Cocktail, Beer, Wine or Mocktail from our Bar Menu.

  • The Detail oriented Set Up Team will make sure that your wedding is designed beautifully based off of all of your decisions during the consultation process. Need any extra inspiration please take a look at our Galleries on our website.

  • Last but not least, our hard working Staff will take care of all of the cleanup and take down during your event.
