The snowy-cool backdrop is such an enchanting view, especially here at oak hills with the trees and the mountains so close by!
As a venue that specializes in hosting weddings, winter weddings hold a special place in our hearts. The charm and beauty of the season provide a magical backdrop for couples looking to celebrate their love in a cozy and romantic setting. Winter weddings at our venue are a truly enchanting experience, filled with snow-covered landscapes, twinkling lights, and warm and inviting spaces for couples and their guests to enjoy.
Winter weddings are also a great budget friendly option, especially if you are looking to book a Friday or Saturday. With most weekend dates booking months in advance for spring and summer, and premium prices for those seasons. Choosing a winter date allows more freedom in both booking timeline and day fee expenses. Our venue has multiple packages to choose from, exclusive to the off-season November through March, though these packages are not available for Saturday Events.
Our most popular winter-exclusive package, which we debuted last season, is our Micro-Wedding option. If you are looking for somewhere to host a small intimate event for 40 or less guests, this may be perfect for you. Choose either our Ballroom or Barn for your event, whichever you choose, that is where everything will take place! You will first enter the space as it is set up for your ceremony, with a gorgeous backdrop and plenty of seating for you friends and family. After your ceremony, your wedding party will slip away to our outdoor space for a quick photo hour while we flip the space for your dinner or reception. When you re-enter, you'll be amazed it's even the same room! During the time you are away we will have set up tables with decor, place settings if you've chosen a dinner, or buffet stations if that was your selection.
Other winter-only packages include options to host just your ceremony, either in one of our buildings, or in our ceremony garden, with the snowy mountain backdrop. We also have winter luncheon packages as well, if you are looking to host a larger group, but may not necessarily need to rent the venue for the whole day's festivities. These package options include seating for about 80 guests, however we can absolutely accommodate more people if necessary.
Our catering menu has multiple warm comforting options perfect for the season. From our banquet menu, we highly recommend our Ravioli & Summer Squash dish, don't let the name fool you, this hearty entree is the perfect comforting meal for a cool winter dinner. When planning a winter wedding you can't forget the hot chocolate! Another classic comfort, our Hot Chocolate Bar paired with our Pastry Bar both listed on our extras menu, are the perfect addition to your event.
